Agenda Book/Destination Passes

Agenda Books

Students receive one new Agenda Book at the beginning of the school year.

-Students must fill in their name on the front cover & pass sheets.
-Upon receipt of the Agenda Book, ALL students must complete the declaration located at the front of the Agenda.
-Students must keep Agenda Books fully intact.

-Students may only use their own Agenda Book. The date, a specific time, and destination are to be filled out by the student. All passes must be signed by Strough Middle School staff only.
-In the event of a lost agenda book, students may purchase a new one at the Assistant Principal
s Office for a fee of $10. Passes in this agenda book will be prorated according to the date of issue.
-In the event that an Agenda Book is defaced, a teacher may deny

students a pass, issue a discipline referral or insist that they purchase a new agenda book.

-Anytime a student leaves a room or office in the building, a pass must be issued – including initials and time.

  • -Students need to keep their Agenda Book in good condition to maintain the use of passes. The book must remain intact.
